Cemguard is a naturally fire resistant paint for masonry. Composed entirely of minerals with no added chemicals, it forms an incombustible barrier that stops the spread of flame. Supplied as a powder to be mixed with water, Cemguard cures to form a weather resistant, UV fast and highly breathable bond to the substrate. Cemguard is used in conjunction with Cemguard Surface Primer as the Cemguard System to achieve an ISO EN 13501-1:2018 reaction to fire classification: A1. Certification is available free of charge.
